Marsh’s Black Leaders Symposium 2026

Studies continue to show that one of the number one reasons why people want to work for an organization is they want to trust their leader and leadership, even more than money or the organization itself.

Last week I had the pleasure of attending Marsh’s Leadership Symposium in Atlanta and participating in a panel with several esteemed HR leaders to dive into topics around Executive Safe Spaces: Building Trust and Authenticity.
