Focal Point’s Coaching Practice of the Year, 2025

Last week, I had the privilege of attending the Focal Point Business Coaching Conference in San Diego. It was an energizing few days reconnecting with peers and exploring the evolving impact of coaching.

On the final night, I had the opportunity to attend the awards ceremony. I was truly humbled (and a bit emotional) to be named Coaching Practice of the Year for 2025. Just last year, I was honored as Rookie of the Year. What a journey it has been.

This year’s theme, “Make a Wave,” really resonated with me:
Waves don’t happen by chance; they start small, build through energy and commitment, and grow into a force that reshapes everything they touch.

Grateful for the support, the community, and the clients who make this work so meaningful. Excited to keep building momentum and making waves in the year ahead.
